You are probably better off not using bleach at all. The Environmental Protection Agency recommends using plain old detergent and water. There are fungicidal products available (sporicidin for one) that you can use to kill any active spores, but usually not needed. As long as you have removed the source of water, cleaning the mold with detergent should be enough. I don't have the link, but if you need more information, go to epa.gov and look for a section titled something like "Understanding mold and moisture in your home". Hope this helps.

Tilex, it kills,salmonella,staphylococcus and let it sit for 10 minutes to clean the mold.

i use clorox clean up spray.... very good.. be careful fumes are strong!!!! good luck!
