I've got a red t shirt that is ruined now because I got a bit of spray from the fry pan last night....
What can i do about it?

Dawn soap should do the trick. Gets rid of oil stains like a charm! Use it BEFORE you wash.

Momma says to put a little shampoo on it to and put in the wash it worked on a silk hawaiian shirt that had suntan oil on it

Put some Dawn dish liquid directly on the stain...

Scrub the oil spot with laundry soap and water, let it sit for a couple of minutes then wash it in hot water.

If the shirt hasn't been washed already, try rubbing dish detergent into the stain.

DISHSOAP! it gets the grease off ur dishes right? i always use it on clothes when there is a food stain.
