I've already tried lacquer thinner, rubbing alcohol, nail polish remover and kerosene. None of these things works. Any ideas?

Spray on some Oven Cleaner...let it sit for a while so the cleaner will soften the paint....then spray it with high pressure water hose.

latex paint is just water based right . wouldnt it be easy to get off ? how long has it been on there? Hmm that is puzzling. have you tried wd 40 it may permeate and wont rust the screen

zylol(zylene) can b found at your local hardware store ventilate area!!
