Is it safe to mix bleach with oxy?

Is it safe to mix bleach with oxy? anything bad happens when you do that?

It's not a good idea to mix chlorine bleach with anything. You never know when it's going to start a chemical reaction that can make you very, very sick.

I just about killed my fool self that way :(

I looked at the lable and the directions say do not mix with bleach.

All labels indicate a solid negative in that direction.
