I don't want to use an abrasive pad that takes off the non-stick coating.

We've had a white flat top stove for a few months and everytime we cook on it, the pots and pans leave these black marks that are so freakin hard to get off with that little cloth and solution they say is the only thing you're supposed to clean the stove with. Anyways, I'm tired of sitting there scrubbing for 15 minutes trying to take these black marks off. I know there has to be an easier way to clean them off. I almost want the regular stove back just because its 10 times easier to clean. What can I do/use to take these black marks off the cook top???

I have company coming over this Thursday..and I need to clean the whole upstairs!!! Yikes!!

Which is about 8 rooms and shampooing the carpets.

All of the rooms are disasterous! Thanks to my dogs. :(

Anyone have any cleaning tips..to make it go faster..or to not make it seem so bad?

I'm pretty overwhelmed. And please don't advise me to put on music, or a tv. Those don't help me, because I just want to watch the tv or sit down and listen to the music!!

Thanks!

My drying machine doesn't dry my clothes. I've had it for about 3 years. IT was working fine until now. After the machine is done drying, the clothes are still soaking wet. I've tried changing the lint filter, but it doesn't seem to be working. What could be the problem?

someone gave me a chair, I didn't notice the smell initially, I cleaned it, then conditioned it and after the smell of the conditioner wore off it smells like someone who never bathes slept in it for years. Okay I exaggerate but its really unpleasant I am ready to toss it out. Its a stressless brand chair so good quality. It doesn't smell of pet urine but wonder if that would work. I am ready to use febreze even though its not recommended. Either that or clean it with vinegar. any suggestions?

Basically it's just that I bought a pre-shrunk shirt that's a little too big, and I'm wondering if it will still shrink.
