You should wash the clothes in warm water (if possible). Don't put a lot in the washer when you run it. It should either fall off in the agitation or it will dissolve off.

I worked in the child care and it was normal to have play dough stuck on my jeans. I washed them together with other clothes in washing machine. If its colour (playdough) bother you, you should wash it separately then.

You can get play doe out of cloth by putting hot water leaving it there 10 min. then scrub it off.
