My drying machine doesn't dry my clothes. I've had it for about 3 years. IT was working fine until now. After the machine is done drying, the clothes are still soaking wet. I've tried changing the lint filter, but it doesn't seem to be working. What could be the problem?

Heating element is shot. Replace it or the dryer.

Check the vent going to the outside for blockage. There could be a kink in the hose right behind the dryer or a bird may have tried to build a nest in the vent. Vents should be checked and cleaned at least once a year to ensure proper air flow to the outside. If a vent is even partially blocked it can greatly lengthen drying time or prevent drying completely

Sounds like the heating element is burned out.
It will only blow cold air if that happens.
You could get the part replaced, or get another dryer,That's about the only way to fix the problem.

you didn't specify gas or electric. if gas, the igniter is probably bad or thermo-couple( both around $15, if electric, the heating element, and that can get quite costly

Well, check the settings, also, it isn't releasing the heat. It could be a mechanical problem.
