We've had a white flat top stove for a few months and everytime we cook on it, the pots and pans leave these black marks that are so freakin hard to get off with that little cloth and solution they say is the only thing you're supposed to clean the stove with. Anyways, I'm tired of sitting there scrubbing for 15 minutes trying to take these black marks off. I know there has to be an easier way to clean them off. I almost want the regular stove back just because its 10 times easier to clean. What can I do/use to take these black marks off the cook top???

I also have a flat top and I found the new magic eraser works well on mine. Lowes also sells a product for it but I perfer the eraser and it doesn't take long to get it clean. Hope this helps.

Kaboom paste. Put a dab on a damp sponge and scrub it. Then take a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water in a spray bottle and use that to clean the Kaboom off with a terry cloth.

Turn the heat down when you cook and clean as you go.
Try cleaning it before it cools off and sets.
