It has a lot of condensation on it and its coming through the roof.

I'm calling the repair man tomorrow but was just wondering if i could get an answer tonight.

I have owned my home for 8 years. I have a 10 year home warranty. I have many hairline cracks in the exterior stucco walls which include two larger stair-step cracks. According to their (warranty) engineer, the larger has 3/16" vertical and 1/4" horizontal separation. These exterior cracks have caused a 10 foot crack to appear in the interior ceiling and several drywall joints to separate around doors.
They offered to pay 1/3 of the estimates. The warranty reads "(a) There must be actual physical damage (b) to that designated load-bearing element, (c) The physical damage must be a result of failure of that load-bearing element, (d) The load bearing function of that element must be affected to the extent that the home becomes unsafe, unsanitary or otherwise unlivable. All four portions must be met before a defect can be covered...."
The company has offered a "compromise" because they claim the home did not meet the section (d) above.
Should I fight this? How?
Could there be mold?

I am looking for a screwdriver that you can turn right or turn left constantly without removing the screw from the socket or letting your hand go of the screw driver. Its like you just keep screwing and when you need to turn you just turn the opposite and just go back to turning. My uncle has one from dewalt but he can't find it anymore.

Im basically a plant serial killer. I dont mean to but I get them and they do good for a while, and then pretty soon they all die on me. What can I do to keep my plants alive and healthy??

Case in point: my fiance and I are preapproved for a mortgage of "X-amount". I'm pretty savvy when it comes to finances, but I'm having a hard time finding homes which are suitable for our needs. Preparing Grandma's house for sale. The ranch has 1 bathroom about 14 foot by 5 foot. Currently it has a sink with a 4 foot counter. Would the house be easier to sell if it had two sinks with "some" counter top space around them? The counter, with sinks, measures 4' by 2'. I'm thinking with a single bathroom the function of a second sink may help, but the sink area may be too small with two bowls.

The house is 40 years old.

i thought i saw a commercial that showed a bathroon tile cleaner, but in a gel form, im not sure if it was clorox brand, but it was something that wasnt as watery as regular everyday cleaners, and did a great job, does anyone remember something similar to this, or knows a good thick cleaner that u could leave sitting in between the tiles for a while??

There was a nest on the wall and I saw something black in it and I assumed it was a pretty big spider. I vaccumed it up but I'm wondering if that will kill it and if it can possibly get out?

Also, I had a spider in the sink the other day and I doused it with ajax powder and ran the sink. It seemed to swim but eventually it went down. Should I assume IT's dead?
