The answer from sassy sue is mostly correct. The problem is she said $6 to $10 per s/f which refers to square foot, the actual measurement would be square yards which would make the job alot more affordable. So it is acurate to say this sheet vinyl installation labor should cost between $6 to $10 per square yard. FYI there are nine square feet in a square yard.
I install sheet vinyl for a living in california.

Marmoleum Installation Cost

Are you talking about real linoleum or vinyl? Commercial or residential installation? I would probably budget an installed price of about $6-8/sf for decent quality vinyl flooring in a residential install. Probably more like $8-10 for installed linoleum (like Marmoleum). Installation depends on floor prep too. If you have to have the old flooring or adhesive removed, subfloor leveling, or other prep this will add to the cost.

If answer one is correct and familiar with your area. I'm glad I don't live there. I am surprised linoleum is still used, but here in FL, it's less to install sheet stock than Tile, and Tile is approx. $3 to $4 a sq. ft.

With all due respect,,,unless you get answers from experienced situations in your immediate area, your best option is the LOW tech way of getting at least 3 estimates from reputable/ licensed flooring contractors.

To charge as much as number one suggests, I suspect I'd be without a lot of work, or that the customer has more Dollars than SENSE.
