I am looking for a screwdriver that you can turn right or turn left constantly without removing the screw from the socket or letting your hand go of the screw driver. Its like you just keep screwing and when you need to turn you just turn the opposite and just go back to turning. My uncle has one from dewalt but he can't find it anymore.

Answer number one is correct.

There are types selling anywhere from Cheap to OK. The issue remains however that you have to reverse the ratchet lock for either of the opposite processes, Install or remove.
