Has any 1 tried those pest repellers that are supposed to keep bugs & mice away? They are supposed to omit a sound that only the pests can hear & drive them away. I want to know if they really work. If so what brand did you use?

I have started gardening but have noticed at night on my galladrias (sp) that the bees are "sleeping" there at night. Even more strange, when it rains, they have been hanging on the underside of the flowers. I always thought bees go back to their hives...yet these don't seem to.

Wondering if I have odd bees or just really good flowers.

We are selling our Mom's home on our own as she passed away. We have an offer that is possible, but our attorney is away this week to consult- The prospective buyer has asked us not to show the house to anyone and have a handshake contract now and he wants to go in the house and start drawing plans to expand the home but he has ignored our request to make a deposit on the house- I do not think it is appropriate to let him do this without anything signed. And I do not think that the house showing should be stopped for a 1000.,00 deposit- Our atty said he should put up 10 percent. Any ideas on this deal? Thanks.

My windows were installed from the outside and the siding was installed over it. I have already replaced one window, but my measurements were wrong making the window too small. I had to frame out the window to make it fit. Of course, after the window was in, I installed trim around the outside window to hide where I cut the siding away. It looks nice, but I don't want to frame all the other windows. All the instructions on the Internet are for windows with sashes or windows installed from the inside. Thanks for any guidance anyone might provide!

My dad works for a produce company, being a delivery truck driver. He has an average wage of $16.75 an hour, but the income he receives isn't enough to cover the bills anymore. Now he is considering to moving out of our house into a trailer park or residential enclosure.

I was wondering how much cheaper & safe it is to live in a trailer park than a regular suburban household. I am 21 but I can't work since I must watch over my sick mother (she's 61 but has dementia, & acts like a baby). It is too late for POA's for my mother & my dad is always too overloaded with work to deal with personal business (except bills) with the family.

Extra: What's with the rising costs of property tax? Money-hungry politicians?

I beleive it is some type of fungus. I tried grabbing one and the stem was very limp. The black tar looking stuff was dripping out of the top and onto my grass. It sticks to and tracks everywere. These stems are about 1 to 2 inches long and it drops black stuff out of the top. It was only visible in the morning, by afternoon you cant see the stems. It is growing in my new lawn. (Kentucky blue grass), i did put some composted mulch down, and mixed it in with my soil before putting down the sod.
