need to carry/ transport large sliding glass window 1 block to my house. Most likely will not have frame around edges. just the glass itself. Suction cups and some way of lifting it on the edge without cutting our hands would be helpful.

This spring, my grape vines were loaded with healthy looking grapes. I was thrilled because I thought the crop would be wonderful this fall. Well, as usaul, the grapes have started drying out. I have heard that grapes need a lot of rain, and we have certainly had that ( upstate New York). So what is causing this to happen?? And what can I do to prevent this?? Thanks!

I bought this bulb last November and planted it. It never bloomed but shot out 5-6 great looking leaves. Now the last leaf is turning yellow. What do I need to do to preserve it and when is the soonest I can plant again to start over? Hopefully it blooms this next time :D

Obviously a magnificent old oak tree is most inspiring but personally I think seeing a silver birch in a forest is one of the most beautiful sights one can see, with its magnificent silver bark. Most beautiful, When I see such nature I know there must be a god.

Hi everyone.
I have had an 8 year old Zelkova Serrata bonsai for a couple of years now and its looking at its worst.
Basically, when the leaves fall (which is obviously natural) they don't grow back.
The tree itself never really had that many branches to begin with (around 20) but the branches it did have were fully leaved.
I repotted it 4 weeks ago and trimmed around 20% of the fibrous roots. As soon as i did this a vast majority of the leaves droped off. The tree isnt dead because every so often new shoots will appear - but only at the end of all these bare thin branches (which looks a bit wrong!!). If i cut these over-length branches (up to 15 cm long), there wouldn't be any foliage left which is a bit upsetting. It just seems to me that some of the branches are dead, and others are doing fine.
The tree hasnt changed position and nothing else has changed.
The tree is now looking very bare, except around 5 or 6 healthy branches.

Can anyone help?

Appreciated.

Steven

I have a Husqvarna 55 rancher. Everytime I try to crank it as the instructions specify it will not crank. It seems to be flooded but it won't crank with the choke in or out. What should I do? How do you know if you need a new spark plug? I ran it good a week ago but I ran it until it ran out of gas and oil mix. I then added the gas and oil mix to it and it will not crank. What do I do? Thanks.

I am looking for a wall mount for my saxophone. I have seen them for guitars, and you can still take them off the wall easily and play them, and not have to put a hole in them. Anyone know where I could get one for a sax?

I started to have issues with my C/A where low pressure was coming out of vents. I cleaned my coils, blower, vents but no luck. Had serviceman come out and check the freon and everything. He said that the capictor (sp) went bad and he replaced it. It worked for about an hour and the compressor started making a funny noise with low pressure air coming out again. He came back out and said the motor was bad and he ended up replacing motor and the fan. Well that worked for about an hour then the fan and motor died and all you can hear is rumbling noises. So he came back out and replaced the motor and said its faulty and put in another new motor. Well after about 9 hours its doing it again.. The compressor is covered under warranty but still what is causing these motors to burn up like this?? and the outside of our casing around our compressor was very hot to the touch.. Is there any suggestions that you all might have that I can pass on to the A/C guy? I appericate it, Thanks..

I am a college student and just moved into a new apartment. However, my bedroom walls are just so white and even though i've moved all my stuff in my room, it still looks so bare. i have one big wall and another shorter one (where the head of my bed rests) that need something. I dont want to paint the walls and i've had the same tapestry on a wall of my different rooms for the past 3 years that i am so sick of. Anyone have any different ideas on how to spruce up my boring bedroom?
