can you screw again on the stud old drywall that's already painted and textured?

Sure, just fill the holes and try to match the texture (that's the hard part).

Do you mean:
1/ re-use old drywall and screw it back on studs?
2/ can you screw new drywall over existing drywall?

You can do both 1 and 2.

1/ If you reuse old drywall that has been painted and textured, it will be harder to finish the joints and screw dimples. This compound will flake off if it is not done correctly. It is easier and better and likely cheaper to use new drywall.

2/ It is best to remove old drywall and replace it with new drywall rather than drywall over the old drywall. You can check what is inside the walls. If there is anthing wrong, it can be fixed.

Why would you want to? It's not impossible but you are creating extra work for yourself and it will be a miracle if you can blend the texture. Best case scenario you'll have screw holes to patch.

sure, but sometimes it's easier to start from scratch since you will have to match the texture over the tape and filled holes
