My kitchen sink is clogged the water does not want to go down, I tried Drano but nothing happened, this is going on for about a week. I dont have money for a plumber. I've told my husband that maybe it is a straw that one of my grand-daughter might of thrown in the sink that might be stuck. He said that could not be cause drano would of removed it, is that true..should i take the pipes apart to check, please give me an advice. thank you.

ABC will trench the house and apply the treatment behind the showers, along with every sink and laundry room with no damage warranty. Which one should I go with?

We had a tankless water heater put in. Ever since, we smell gas when a lot of hot water is used. Very strongly sometimes. We've had the gas co at the house twice and their meters have read 0 both times for gas or carbon mon in the house. How can we smell it so strongly and yet not have a leak?

This is a 2 part question.
1. Any ratings on Whirlpool water softner sold by Lowes? They only have 2 models, one is 30,000 grains and the other is 45,0000 grains.
2. How to install in garage preplumbed with PVC in the wall. I bought it from Lowes and they sold me some flexible copper tubes to connect. But my garage has 2 pvc outlets for water softener which are 2ft lower than the top of water softener. Do I need any extentions to connect to bare PVC outlets? Bare meaning they are just pvc tubes closed with pvc caps. I don't see any threads to attach the copper tubes sold by Lowes? How does this set up work? Thanks in advance.

I have used it for the last 30 years for just my central air conditioning hose drips into. Don't know how it got filled up, but after 30 years, I guess it would eventually fill up. Does any rainfall go there also? The dry well drain is in my cellar. Is there a way I can get the water out myself without hiring someone? If I hired someone, who do I hire to do a job like that?

I have a retinal disease that makes me extremely photosensitive. I want softer lighting that won't irritate my eyes, but I don't know what to look for exactly. I know flourescent lighting is worst on my eyes and even 60 and 40 W seem too bright, but 20 W is too dim. What sorts of lighting might be less harsh?

I have a well-landscaped yard and is home to all sorts of animal life - mostly butterflies and a variety of birds. Our most recent inhabitant is a rabbit who shows up everyday and has most likely decided to live in our yard. Out of curiosity, are there any plants I could add to my landscaping that the rabbit would enjoy eating? Would putting out carrots be a bit too stereotypical? Obviously he's getting by just fine without my help, but I would like to give him something tasty to eat to encourage him to stay.

I have grown flowers for over 14 years but this year started everything from seed, I usually planted the plants with Osmocote and now in zone 7 Or, my cosmos are beautifully green with no blooms. I do blossom booster hose spray and I have vita bloom but so much work to dig around my zillion flowers. also my dahlias are not large as they were planted late and I'm afraid to blossom bloom them because I think they still need the plant fertilizer. I know what to feed for growing plant and what to feed for blooms, but what works best like on my cosmos to get them blooming ??? I think the hose stuff is not that great ???
