One of my air condition is dripping alot of water inside messing up my rugs how come this happens

There is a drain hole at the back of the unit that is supposed to drain the condensate from operating to the outside. Either your air conditioner drain is plugged with dirt/debris, or it is tipped into the room.

It is supposed to be tipped off level to the outside to allow it to drain away from the window.

1/ The drip tray is overflowing likely because the drainage tube is plugged.

2/ The air conditioner was install tilted so the condensation flows towards the inside instead of flowing towards the outside.

3/ Could be a combination of both 1 and 2.

Check the drainage tube first.

it's working too hard.....turn it down or off for a while...put a bucket under it to keep your rugs from getting mold and mildew damage
