Terminix will trench the house and apply the treatment behind the showers with a damage warranty.
ABC will trench the house and apply the treatment behind the showers, along with every sink and laundry room with no damage warranty. Which one should I go with?

Make sure what the rest of the contract states. Usually, you have to have the area inspected once a year to keep the warranty intact. You really want the damage warranty in case the treatment does not work.
