Is it dispensing air at all? Or is it dispensing warm air?

If the air conditioner feels cold but your not getting cold air it sounds like your compressor is freezing up call a repairman.

I am not sure of your problem because you contradict yourself but I you are talking about it not blowing out cold air then you need to have your furnace blower repaired. If you are getting air, just not enough then check your filters.

Check you air filter and the condensing (outdoor) & evaporator (indoor) coils. If any of those are dirty, you unit will not operate correctly. The outdoor unit can be cleaned with a garden hose "DIY" style.

It may be low on freon. Call a repair person.
