when you vaccum it just stirs up the water and makes it a little cloudy. then the next day its back on the bottom. How can I get rid of it the chemical balance is correct.

Vacuum real slow to not disturb the majority of the brown cloud, clean the sides of the pool too, clean your filter daily , make sure your normal chemicals are at the right level put algae side in the pool after about a hour put in some clarifier let it sit over night, then vacuum and clean the filter again and if you keep the chemicals correct this problem should be gone.

Just keep at it. The pool vacuum will catch some of it and stir up the rest, then the pool filter should get the rest. You might have to do this several times to catch it all.
