6 years ago was the last time my central air kept my house nice, cool and comfortable for the summer. I was told by the gentleman recharging the freon that I will only have enough freon to last me for that summer. He said I have a leak from a coil which house the freon. Are there any DIY suggestions I can get before I call in a professional or purchase a new unit?
I live in a subdivision with 70% single moms owning homes. Any suggestions will wisen the old wives.

Thanks

I din't realise that the area where I planted it was only sunny in the morning but it is the only place that I have where the rose can climb and I know roses need more sun than that. My property is very shady most of day. Just planted it yesterday. Please help.

Can anyone recommend the type of paint that would be best to use on shelves and walls in a pantry. It needs to be as tough as possible and washable.

They are in my kitchen, in a sort of alcove, with cabinets above them. But there'sno place to hang a curtain rod, because one side of the alcove is flush against a wall next to a doorway. But I want to sort of hide them, and also to reduce the dust in my kitchen produced by the dryer. Any Ideas? I have to be able to access them easily, because I have to do laundry daily. ???

We are looking at buying an older home. The breaker box is pretty small and I need to know if it is 60amp or 100amp. It has 12 slots/switches....some are double switches but there are only 12 total spots. Also, do insurance companys offer house insurance on house with a 60amp? If so which companies?

The pond is equipped with an in-filter UV light, but the water is too far gone for it to be effective. There are a few plants growing in the deepest part-- 4 feet-- and there is also a 2 foot waterfall. Along with the koi, there are several shebunkins and some dace.
