I bought this dresser last year, it's good quality, solid wood. For the last couple of months, some of the drawers are extremely hard to open. They are on the tracks and the stops that keep the drawers from falling all the way out are not in the way. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Does anybody know the name of the machine that has two fluffy reels at either end, and when turned on, they spin round really fast. You can put grease on them and hold plastic or something you need to polish to them and they will make it all shiny.

What is it called???? Please help.

P.S. This is the wrong category. Really, the question involves design work.

I got a bag from Starbucks for free last night. They told me to sprinkle it in my garden. Since I have no garden, just shrubs, is it a healthy idea for them to get this nourishment? I mean, coffee works for me but them?

Just bought a paraffin heater for my greenhouse but it does not seem to be giving off much heat. I had one years ago which got very hot. I was wondering if the paraffin i am using is the problem. there are several brands on the market some more expensive than others are they any better. I am running it according to the instructions so that does not seem to be the problem

I live in a first floor flat and the living room of the flat below is directly underneath my bedroom, which means I can hear the bastards' TV when they decide to whack it on at 11pm. I'm thinking about getting some kind of sound proofing installed in the floor but know nothing about what options there are and how much they might cost. Any suggestions?

I am looking for advice for colours for my room. I want to go for two colours one being a kinda warm white and then I need a colour to complement this. Any ideas? Are there any good UK based websites (either for stores or just paint ideas) that I can look at?

The sound the cistern makes is like a long groan .This can happen straight after the flush or even about 20 minutes later.Sometimes it sounds like it's topping up with a little more water too.

The working parts are plastic and are at a guess, no more than 10 years old.

It's lining paper that I want to paint over which has started to come away a little in places. I don't want to strip it off and start again because the walls will probably fall apart (it's a an old house). Just wondering if there is a trick to sticking down the flappy bits?
