Throw a dishwaher tab in it with boiling water, leave for an hour or 2 then rinse out real well, this works on tea stains as well

I don't know what vacumn means so I'm ignoring that.

To clean the flask you can sprinkle some baking soda in it and put hot water to the top. In the morning you can swish it out or spray it out with the faucet spray. All the gunk will be floating on the top. OR
You can drop a denture tablet in it and fill it with super hot water. In the morning the same results. People wash out their coffee pots at work this way. At night they put 2 tabs in water in the pot. In the morning they just rinse it and they are set to go. Good luck.

mix 2 table spoons of salt with a tea speen of sugar and a pint of boiling water leave in flask over night

wash well before using again

got to go with the sterident on this one!

my dad used to take a flask of coffee to work with him every day and when it got really dirty used to pop a sterident in and leave it over night!!! sparkling the next day!!!!

a mixture of vinegar and water left in flask over night should do it rinse well b4 refilling with t etc.

top marks for suzie g 100% results,you will only need long hand brush to swizzle inside while bicarb is still in flask.

Fill it up with hot water and some bleach and let it sit for a couple hours. Wash it with soap and water real well before using.

bicarbonate of soda and boiling water left for 24 hours and will also remove the smell too.
