I have noticed this recently, it doesn't actually feel that cold but you would think it is because of the steam when breathing, is this normal?

My wife and I have been brush-painting our unfinished Alder kitchen chairs by hand, and we're getting drips and uneven blotches everywhere. If we want to speed up the process and make things look nicer, do we have to invest in a Spray Gun, or can we use good ol' canned spray paint?

I work in a not so clean apartment complex, during my employment I have seen people live in others filth,by that I mean constant sewage leaks and no replacement of carpet or lino.I personally have seen sewage ooooz out from underneith the lino...one hallway was contanimated and all they did was spray deoderizer...I hope there won't be any babies planning on licking the floors. The molds that they find are just painted over so if you live there don't plan on scratching the paint.
Should this be a concerne I should bring up with housing athourity...or is this legal and I just don't know it.

Also, it got ridges and flattened in the back. How do I keep the jacket "fluffy" and get those ridges out?

I am replacing my old nasty beige outlet/switch covers with nice new white ones. What I didn't consider was, now that I have replaced them, the actual switches and electrical plugs themselves stick out like a sore thumb. Is there a way to remedy this?

I've seen a few large kitchens, but most of the kitchens I've seen are so small only one person can fit in them at one time . Many married couples / families like to make dinner together, and that's difficult in a small kitchen . I have been told that a kitchen is the most expensive room in a house, but once you have the refrigerater, the stove and the kitchen sink paid for, a large kitchen is exactly as cheap as a small kitchen . Why are kitchens so small ?

My husband says that icicles hanging off the eaves is a good thing. It means the ventilation system is working as it should.

I'd heard that it was a bad thing, that it meant that heat was escaping thru the roof. Who's right?
