R.C.L. Jenkins Construction Company. In Oregon. I worked for him when I was a kid. He had all manner of holes in stock. Post holes, Footing holes, Septic tank holes, even Underground fuel tank holes. Trouble was, they were usually filled with dirt. Which was where I came in. It was my job to get the dirt out of the holes. I used a shovel for that. True story

Go to any hardware store, and ask for a dozen post holes. They're free, as long as you buy the proper installation tool.
(Hint - don't go cheap on the tool. A cheap post hole digger - er, installer - won't work well, and will cause you a ton of aggravation. Spend a few extra dollars and get one that will work well.

i think on eBay (you can buy anything there) I think i saw an ad for predug post holes just pull it out of the box place it on the ground then you have a hole and put your post in it (Are you smarter then a fifth grader??)

not sure where to get the holes but the post are sold at any lumber supply even the steel ones
Have you tried dunkin donuts they have donut holes they might have post holes also

I'd try any local, reputable "HOLESALER" ...... never pay retail for holes!!!!!!!
