Don't panic. If you run around screaming, you're more likely to get stuck to something else! Immediately put your hand into hot, soapy water. Obviously, this isn't always possible, but it definitely helps. Wet a cotton swab using acetone nail polish remover. It must have Acetone, otherwise, it won't help you at all. If you don't have acetone nail polish remover, use the strongest cleaning product you have. 409 Grease & Grime works well. So does Soft Scrub and Ajax. Acne-wash astringents work too, and are probably less harmful on your hands. Rub the cotton swab on the super glue. It should start peeling off. i hate the feeling of it on my skin.

paint thinner is what you would normally use to remove gorilla glue from anything else, but its not safe to use on your hands. WD 40 is a good solvent to use on your hands, Farmers use it on cows.
Follow-up the WD 40 with a good pumice hand cleaner, or regular soap with a pumice stone.

If you are VERY careful. you can use paint thinner. If you do that wash your hand a few times to get all for the pt off. Your skin will be sore from this.
Best bet let it ware off naturally with you peeling it. It will be safer.
