I have a yellow North Face denali jacket and its starting to get dull. Not like the yellow it was when i bought it. How do I wash the jacket to get it to be like it was when i bought it?
Also, it got ridges and flattened in the back. How do I keep the jacket "fluffy" and get those ridges out?

Your jacket might be fading from sun exposure. However, you can try adding about 3c white vinegar to your wash cycle AND your rinse cycle. This should remove any deep-set dirt deposits and brighten the jacket. About fluffing it up, you can use 2-3 tennis balls in the dryier and they should do the trick.
