I used a razor blade to get the majority off but I'm afraid of cutting into the plastic. The container only tells you how to get it off of your body, does it work the same way on other things?

Im shopping for furniture for my new house and badly need some good ideas. I really love the red suite of furniture but not sure how it would look. 3 Seater and 1 and 1 red leather recliners. Would it be nice with wooden floors red rug cream curtains and cushens?
Also is there anywhere on the internet where I can see nicely laid out rooms for ideas. Any ideas? Id be very grateful. Thanks

i have a light blue snowboard jacket, and it is getting dirty. it is a level 5 killtec jacket. it is breathable, waterproof, and windproof, and i don't want to wreck any of this! i was thinking of just running my washer through an empty HOT cycle to clean it of any detergents, then just running the jacket through a cold cycle with no detergent, and letting it air dry. the laundry tag on it says machine wash in 30 degrees on the permanent press cycle. no tumble drying, no drycleaning, no ironing. how does this sound? does anyone have any recommendations?

I bought a brand new chair thats made of vinyl or some kind of fake leather, and it smells really bad. I think its just the "new" smell, but I can hardly stand it. I'm wondering if there is something i can put on it to get rid of the smell.

I do not understand why range cables don't have a white wire. Isn't that dangerous? I've seen the same installation on baseboard heaters. Why don't these 220v devices take a white wire?

The motor will not turn over to fill the container with pressurized air. It was working fine prior to this morning. It throws the switch on the surge protector after the few seconds of humming stops. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be? Thanks for the advise.

We're putting new sheetrock on our ceilings, we've been screwing the screws into the ceiling beams w no problem... but there seem to be no beams along the edges where the ceiling & walls meet.

Example: on one wall / ceiling corner the first beam is 13 inches away from the edge where ceiling meets wall.

What do we do, and how do we fasten the edges of the sheetrock so they won't droop???

I put a sheet of it on the oven floor to catch dripping when we baked a pizza... but the foil sort of fused to the oven floor! I peeled off as much as I could but can't see to get the rest. Has this happened to anyone? Was is the secret of getting it off? (Please suggest anything other than a razor blade as I tried this.) Thank you!

I recently moved, and when I did laundry for the first time yesterday the drum made an awful banging noise and the machine shook uncontrolably. I rebalanced the load, but no use. What else could it be?
