I accidently burned a coffee mug in my microwave, how do I get the smell out of the dorm room?

I was just wondering if anyone knew how to get this smell out of my dorm room.

The best thing I have found to get nasty smells out of microwaves (I forgot a bowl of hot cereal in one for several days) is to put a bowl of water and vanilla and microwave for about 10 minutes and then leave the door open for a couple of hours.

You could put a drop or two of a ladies perfume in water. Put it in a microwave safe container and put the microwave on high for a minute or two or until the water is boiling. Once the water is boiling and there is some steam open the microwave and let the steam out. If you can not smell the perfume than add more to the hot water and microwave it some more.

I am suggesting the boiling water in the microwave is because it is attacking the microwave that smells

One should not use plastic in the micro. one should not try to save a few moment of our time trying to shortcut the true value of time.
to get the stink of the burnt cup out of the room use a mixture of 50% cow dung, and 25% methane, and 25% gasolene. Light a match to the entire mixture and you will get a shitty smell that is so bad you will forget about the little plastic cup.

when peeps go poopies in my bathroom and they stink to high heaven, i spray AXE deodorant and it gets rid of the WORST shat stank... try it.. it will smell like a horny teenager for a while, but it's better than smelling something burned.
