My neighborhood is getting populated by "Pole Cats" in other words, Skunk.

Does anybody know of a humane way to repel them away from my house? The neighborhood skunk got my German Shepherd in the face (the first place the skunk attacks) and the smell is wreaking havoc by the upstairs pool and cabana.

HELP?!!!!!

I know the basics of electronics and want to teach myself how to build some very basic circuits only as a home hobby.
Where can I find some free basic circuit schematics? Do any websites offer this?
Where is a good place to find a breadboard that I can build a circuit on and reuse over and over?
Thanks for your help!

The problem is in the electronics, I can tell it is fairly simple fault but without a circuit diagram it's impossible. Has anyone even ever managed to get a circuit diagram for these things? If so how?

I'm getting low grade electric shocks from my appliances, and the electricians who are quoting prices are sky-high. I didn't think grounding a house was such a big deal.

Anything that is not a letter does not get to me here in Central London, unless it's Special delivery. This unreliable service from Royal Mail has started back in November 2006. I have contacted them but all they say is to fill out a loss form to claim conpensation! The money is not the main issue, it's someone stealing the post! I have been living at the same address for 20 years and it's only now I am having this problem. Has anyone got any good ideas on how to deal with this issue? Royal Mail are useless!
