Carbona Stain Devil has a formula for blood stains. It's the best I've found.

You can try WD-40. I know it works on lipstick stains, will probally work on blood. Or try "Shout"

You may not be able to get it out, but I have had luck using Oxyclean, you can buy it at Wal-mart or most grocery stores
