DO NOT SPRAY!!!!! Or FOG !! You will just chase them into other areas of your home and make your problems WAY worse. If you live in a apartment you will give them to your neighbors. If you cant afford a professional which is my 1st recomendation then buy some gel bait at home depot or somewhere like that. treat the hinges of all drawers in cabinets in your kitchen and bathrooms and anywhere else they are congrigating.Roaches are extreamly prolific breeders. so dont expect an instant cure.

I would suggest keeping the house really clean, all food put away.
(I recently had a cockroach in a cake that I had sitting on the counter.. DISGUSTING!!)
They are bug sprays you can spray along the baseboards of the whole house and outside do the same thing.
If that doesn't work, you should definately call an exterminator or someone specialized with this.
GOOD LUCK.

If it's a detached house, investigate aerosol bombs (read and follow directions faithfully). If it's an apartment, you can only control them. Sprays, traps, boric acid, etc, along with scrupulous cleanliness in the kitchen.

I live out in the country and our house was built in the middle of field, and we had to put bug bombs all around the house once a year and they work.

to get them out of the enite house you need to fog or bomb the house and stay out of it for a day. i think my parents use raid when they did their house years ago. havent seen a roach since.
