My washing machine will not balance and makes banging noises when spinning. Help?

I recently moved, and when I did laundry for the first time yesterday the drum made an awful banging noise and the machine shook uncontrolably. I rebalanced the load, but no use. What else could it be?

Mine does that sometimes too, but usually when it's a large load and theres rugs and towels or something, and then I have to take some out. If it's not large loads or anything, I suggest calling someone to take a peek at it. Best of luck, as I know how irritating this can be.
