The toilet in question does not overflow, nor does the tank. The bowl just fills up with water and then slowly the water level goes down. As far as I can tell there is nothing clogging the pipe. Why won't it flush out?

I have had 3 people come out to give me a quote. All 3 have stated I do not need primer (the walls are the icky eggshell/ivory/off-white builders love). One said b/c there were some grease stains and crayon marks from the previous owner, only those areas need to have Kilz on it. They all will do any wall repair needed. 1st quote is $1000 on about 1300sq ft w/ a 2 story foyer... the others I'm waiting on their proposals...

I thought you had to prime?

I really love the Van Gogh Starry Night Trilogy: http://www.overstockart.com/stnitr.html . I would like to decorate my living room around these three great paintings. I would love any suggestions as far as color schemes, patterns and interior design tips!

I used the chemicals that they gave me at Home Depot (I think its called Zed) and sprayed it several times on the wallpaper in my bathroom. The first layer of the wallpaper with the desing came off but behind it is this yellow layer which is very hard to remove even after spraying it 8 times it is only possible to scratch it off with your finger which is not efficient and takes too long. If I try to take it off with with a scorching tool it damages the wall. Can anyone tell me an easier way to remove this paper, which I think is suppose to serve as a moisture barrier.

I use 2 different washcloths one for my face and one for my body then a large bath towel to dry off...I use the face towel a week, the body washcloth I change everyday and the bath drying towel every couple of days...I heard someone say they saw a television special that says you should get all new towels everyday because the bacteria starts to grow on them as soon as you use them...does anyone know if this is actually true seems like a lot of towels to wash for your family. Thanks I know it seems like a dumb question, but everytime I go to re- use a towel I'm really worried about it.

We are in the process of building a master bathroom and I was wondering if anyone knows of any websites (free) where you can design your own floor plan, where you can put the size of the room and add fixtures and all that good stuff? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!

I have garden snails and have tried the pellets bought at the garden center, the coffee grounds from Star Bucks and the saucers of beer ( over a period of a year) and I have hand picked for days at a time and I can't seem to kill these snails off. They are eating all my plants and flowers. I reside in Florida and I swear they thrive on sunshine and heat. HELP... Does anyone one have a better solution?

We recently purchased a KitchenAid smoothtop convection oven and one day out of the blue one of the elements broke. It no longer gets hot or warm for that matter. The other three elements work fine. Any idea why or how to fix?
