Check for white flies, also put a 1/4 cup of epsom salts with some timed fertilizer around the base of the plant, scratch it in and water well. If you are in a warm area and it is above freezing now, otherwise wait a bit. If you have flies you will need an insecticide to spray with.

mix epson salts and water and put around the stems, this also works very well for gardenias
