Try Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. You will be amazed at what it will get off. You can also try some scuff remover for shoes. They usually carry it at your local shoe stores or Wal-Mart.

Mr Clean magic eraser works so well! It's really useful for most anything, I have tried it and found it works on shoes. Make sure you aren't buying a store brand: those do NOT work

Get a clean eraser, and gently rub it away. then polish them, after you have polished them, apply a furniture polish, and buff, this will also help to protect them from getting scuff marks.
