How can I get dirty marks off an untreated wooden door?

Murphys Oil or Mr Clean erasables.

Try mild soap and water on a cloth rag before you resort to fine sandpaper. Sand with the wood grain followed by scottch bright or steel wool.

Try using an eraser or use a low grade steel wool. this should life the mark off without leaving an obvious mark if you used sandpaper.

Sand them off? Paint over it?

Sand paper them away.Or wire wool.
