How do i keep cats away from my house and car from using the bathroom?

Cats don't like orange and citrus smells. Douse the area with essential oils in that fragrance or leave peelings around. Plant out the garden with herbs and shrubs that have a citrus scent.

You could try staking out a really large barking dog.
You could also try scenting the area with citrus. Cats HATE the smell of citrus fruits.
