can't get enough pressure to get water to squirt high enough to drink.

I have tried adjusting the flow valve (think that is what it's called) and it didn't work. The valve I'm talking about has a diaphram in it. It was just replaced less than 2 years ago so it shouldn't be bad.

I have a rooftop garden with 18 hibiscus plants in pots. The pots are not too large though. The plants are almost 2 years old. I do get flowers from most of the plants on a daily basis. However, the plants look barren and the leaves are very small and very few. When I see other potted hibiscus plants in other houses, I find them leafy. Please advise

i just recently bought a new house and a few months later the water company keep sending me notices and warnings that the sewer and water line outside my house connecting to the main line - aren't covered for any repairs or ruptures and that i am liable - so they are offering me insurance for that for $12 a month.
my question is ..is that a scam or you guys think its worth it?

The chair at my computer desk holds a lot of static electricity. Every time I sit down, the hair on my arms is attracted to the armrests. When I stand up, my pants are stuck to my legs, and when I touch the top of the chair, I get shocked. I use a thick plastic chair mat, on carpet. Any ideas?

I am facing my second infestation and have 2 exterminators prepared to help - one uses a cocktail spray, the other uses a spray and then a powder. I am wondering if anyone has used both before and can tell me which they think is better, and why.
