Sorry, but playing music for your plants does nothing for them. The only reason people talk to their plants is for the carbon dioxide, which really doesn't do much either. As long as you are in the house breathing, they will get what they need. As long as they get the proper light, water and fertilizer, they will be fine.

really im not sure about the documented effects of music on plants. But Ive heard they will grow towards speakers playing classical music and away from heavy metal...dont know if this is true. I grew a 300 lb pumpkin last year, and blasted classical music on them 24/7, I like to think it helped!

the final element you're able to do on your plant is to offer it a great number of sunshine and water as mandatory - do no longer over do it. yet for mild, a strengthen mild or previous shaped fluorescent mild is particularly efficient. you may shop the mild on approximately sixteen hours an afternoon to hurry issues up. placed it very almost touching the plant. A sunny window is probably no longer sufficient. music won't help in any respect. to help strengthen good stems a sprint breeze from a fan is nice. yet you probable do no longer might desire to be concerned approximately your plant outgrowing its greenhouse via might or approximately good stems. they do exactly no longer strengthen that quickly. good success which includes your challenge.

As long as they want to.
Speaking to your plants makes sense - when you exhale you emit the carbon dioxide they breathe in.
Music? No scientific basis for it making any difference whatsoever. (I know, I've seen the stories about plants growing more when music is played to them - no real science involved in those so-called experiments.)
If it makes you feel good, sharing your music with your plants, why not? But the amount of music to which they are explosed will make no difference whatever.
Sorry.

I've read a couple of things on that and I think they'll benefit (if it's true) from the music while its on, and not while it's off. Try turning it on whenever you leave the house is empty. That's also good for leaving an intruder to guess whether anyone's home as he's breaking in.

I was making it a habit of letting my radio play all day tuned to the local PMR radio station because they play classical and jazz on there. I didn't realize that there was a lot of left wing proaganda been aired on there as well. Now all of my carnivorous plants have gone vegetarian. I guess I need to put it on the heavy rock station to get them straightened back out.
