Hey guys i just wanted to know how often do u guys wash your sleeping clothes like pajamas. I mean the clothes that you wear after you take a shower when you come home from work or school. Its usually the clothes that i wear when i do my homework, eat dinner and watch TV, so im guessing its not that dirty since im not sweating. Will washing my sleeping clothes once a week enough?

I have purchased an old house that has on one side of the house a magnificent and well established Mimosa, Silver Wattle (Mimosa Argenté). I estimate the tree to be about 30 years old and is approximately 20 metres high. The tree was planted at approximately 4 metres from the house and I am concerned that the root system could eventually undermine and damage the house foundations. Today, I can find no visible signs of any damages to the house foundations but I am not an expert in this field and do not know the root system of the Mimosa. Can anyone advise me what I should do, I am of course reluctant to cut this magnificent tree down but if there is a chance of structural damage to the foundations then I will have no choice. Has anyone any advice to give me?

I found a bed that I really like, but it only comes in queen size and I have a full size mattress. I know sometimes headboards say they work for full and queen, so would a queen bed also work? Thanks :)

I have a cylindrical piece of wood 2 inches diameter and 7" long. I want to drill a small hole straight down the length of it, right down the middle and out the opposite side -- just like it was a pipe. I don't have a lathe. I only have a 1' long drill bit, width? (I can't remember right now but let's just say its a typical drill bit width) and a handheld powerdrill. Everytime I do it by hand, it comes out the other side crooked.

OK, I am not trying to crash a party here, but I am in a tough spot. I never saw this invitation but since everyone else got one, then I think that mine must have been misplaced or lost. The host was very casual about handing out the invites: tossing them on top of people's desks or in their overflowing inboxes. I have so much paper spinning around each day so it is very likely mine got buried in a file or tossed in a shredder. Or maybe not. Maybe I was not invited at all.

Anyway, what do I do now? If I ask the host, but it turns out I was not invited then I look like an idiot. If I do nothing but the host thinks I got an invitation, then I look rude for not RSVP'ing.

What do I do???

I took down a light ceiling fixture. There are 2 sets of 2 wires. All the wires are black. It's an old house so maybe age has blackened some of the wires, but why would all the wires be black? I know hardly nothing about electrical standards but I thought that for ease of repair and for safety ,certain colors had certain uses. I'm finding out that's not the case. I know I can find out if the wires are hot and so on, but I don't understand why all four wires connecting my ceiling fixture would be black. Thanks

I have recently began renting a new house, and the lawn in the back yard was a jungle, with weeds about 3 feet high throughout. I weed wacked the entire yard, raked them up and then mowed it. The lawn consists of mostly weeds now, but there is still quite a bit of grass growing also. I am wondering what I can do to kill the weeds and not the grass, I believe that the grass is Kentucky Bluegrass if that helps. Me and my Wife are renting from a relative who gave us a deal(a REALLY GOOD deal!) and Im just trying to get the little things fixed to make it look better. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance
