I have replaced the pump and all rads are heating up okay, hot water system is okay but water comes out of the vent pipe like a tap...! New pump is in the same direction as the old one. Please help!

(we rent the separated upper portion of a house)
it includes:

combination living room/dining room/entrance
kitchen
sunroom
1bedroom
1small bath
and
1 "pet room"

do maids clean screened in aack porches?
Do they put dishes into dishwasher?
Do they do laundry?
and would they clean a pet (cat) room (change kitty litter)?

What would the cost be like with or without these services?

I am needing to find some nice curtians. I also have large windows so this does not help. I don't understand why they are so expensive! When I worked at JC Penny they were outragously priced!! Even blinds such as the rolling bamboo one's are expensive!

I have tried scraping and propriety cleaners such as Hob Bright, Mr Muscle etc, but nothing seems to shift it. It looks almost as if it has fused on the surface. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have a ceiling fan/light controlled by a dimmer and 3 spd. fan switch. For some reason, light bulbs do not last very long in it. Is there a certain 'tear drop' shaped bulb that holds up to constant dimming and any vibrations from a fan? Thanks.

I'm alone, and the water heater started hissing really loud about 15 minutes ago. It's late at night and I have no one to call. tried the emergency number on the heater but no one answers. I'm afraid it will explode.

I would like to find out what kind of light bulbs would be good for growing plants indoors. I have a sego palm and some other type of small tree that I keep inside my apartment in Kuwait. I don't have a balcony or patio to put the plants outside.
