as COSHH stands for Control of Sustances Hazardous to Health it would be adviasble to read any information you can gain on the product before using it - either in the home or at the workplace.

there may be hidden chemicals that you should know about and you should know what to do if you get it on your skin - this is detailed in the COSHH data sheets.

if you are using it in your employment all chemicals should be listed in the coshh manuals by law

Your manager should have given you full training before you use any cleaning chemicals in the workplace.
