its quite simple really i got purple\blue nailpolish on my sweater!!! how do i get it out? And no nail polish remover does not work just because it works on fingers does not mean it works on clothing!!!! thnx 4 ur help!!lol

Allow to dry.
Remove Nail Polish Stains From:
Acrylic Plastic, Asphalt, Cork, Linoleum, Plexiglas,
Polyurethane, Vinyl Clothing, Vinyl Tile, Vinyl Wallcovering
Fingernail polish contains chemicals that can quickly ruin the surface. Immediately scrape up any excess spill. Dab the area with a cloth dipped in amyl acetate and rinse, but this stain may be permanent.
Remove Nail Polish Stains From:
Acrylic Fabric, Burlap Cotton, Linen, Modacrylic,
Nylon, Olefin, Polyester, Rope, Spandex
Scrape the excess. Test acetone on an inconspicuous place. If fiber color doesn't change, flush acetone through the stain to an absorbent pad. When no more stain is being removed, change pads and flush well with dry-cleaning solvent. Allow to dry thoroughly.

I did this once. It's hard to get it out completely, but using Stain Stick helps. Rub in the Stain Stick, rinse, repeat. Just keep doing that. Beware of nail polish remover because it may melt an acrylic sweater.

ouchh.. you can try shout/other stain remover. I'm not sure if you're ever going to be able to get out the stain though... good luck!
