your joking right what kind of a dumb azz are you to ask on a public area that you need help to start growing weed so im sure people have been reporting you and chances are the police will question you shortly so may you have an excuse for why you thought you could do it and know that you will be watched by the narc unit of your local pd for at least the next 6 months

Best way forward is to visit your local police station and get their advice. They see this sort of thing all the time and will know the best type of lamps etc. Tell them what you plan to do and they will be really interested and might even offer to visit you in 3-4 months time to see how you are getting on. You will need a great deal of heat and light, the room must be humid. Something to disguise the smell it produces. And most of all a fast car because you'll need it when the old bill come knocking at your door, and they will !!!!!!

move to Canada and grow 7 or less plants. that way if you get caught with that it is what you would call a misdemeanour.
