I found a bed that I really like, but it only comes in queen size and I have a full size mattress. I know sometimes headboards say they work for full and queen, so would a queen bed also work? Thanks :)

Depends.

If it's based on rails, then a too-small mattress won't rest on the rails.

If it has another support system, the smaller mattress may be well-supported, but might have a "gap" at the sides. Depending on what it is, it can be fine, OK but ugly, or a hazard.

If you can see the bed, fully setup and without a mattress, I'd suggest the following: using masking tape (or painter's tape), tape out the size of your full sized mattress. Make sure it's centered. Then, you can see what's at the sides and how big it really is.

it might you should measure your matress to the bed frame youve seen if it has wide sides on the frame then you might be lucky but be carefull otherwise you might roll off the matress onto the hard boards goodluck :)
