Scott Park are building a house next to mine and their bobcat driver pushed a bucket full of sand on to our colourbond fence, which bent the fence & our closeline, which is on the other side of the fence. They are saying that due to the fact that our block level had been dropped 400mm they are not responsible for the damage. I dont think that is right, any help would be great.. Joe

A plumber once recommended using swimming pool chlorine to help with the slow drain. He said it breaks up the hair and soap scum. Do you know if this will damage my pipes? They are the old metal kind, not plastic.

My shower pipe for the main head is pointing to the side so that the water shoots out towards the wall, any ideas on how to get it to turn back towards the center of the tub? I've tried a crecent wrench, but it doesn't have enough grip to turn the pipe in the right direction.
