I have an older dryer and usually 45mins is enough, some times thicker clothing like jeans and sweatshirts need more time.

I guess it depends on the dryer itself. Some may not take as long to dry if they're newer. Start at 20-30mins and work your way up.

Wow... they make those???!

Depending on how hot your dryer gets, it can take anywhere from 30-70 minutes to dry a med-large sized load. Make sure to empty your lint filter after every load, and it will also help to take the filter out and wash it with a toothbrush - wax buildup can hamper the performance of your dryer (it comes from the dryer sheets). Test it - put a bit of water on the filter. If it beads up without going through, you know it needs cleaned.

Good luck!

It really depends on the kind of clothes you are drying, start at 30 minutes and go up.
