What is the most beautiful yet easy recycled material that I could make?

You can make recycled paper and to make it beautiful you can give it to an artist to do something with it unless you are also talented.

recycled material exactly means how can u reuse things.right?
u can try out paper mache.just make small pieces of old news papers and soak them in water for 1-2 days then extract the excess water from it and make small balls out of it & use a roller to turn them into thin sheets.allow it to dry.ur reusable paper is ready.u can use it to make some show pieces or anything u wish to.

hmm.. I have made paper before, from old cotton clothing- it turns out extremely beautiful and makes very nice gifts or like I do- use the paper to make greeting cards or picture mats, to give away- here are a few links on how to do it...
