I live in a country where exposed brick walls are not very common. However, I really like the look of it for indoor. What sort of brick is used for that wall? Please be as specific as you can with the type/model/style of the brick. Thanks so much!

If exposed brickwork is not common over there, it might be that you won't be able to find the proper bricks.

Bricks that are used in this way should be as compact as possible, so that water does not penetrate the pores and, moreover, does not freeze in there, causing chipping and cracking. (If winters are mild, without frost, never mind; you can use whatever bricks you like.) You should be able to get pressed bricks; double-pressed would be better, because pores are considerably reduced.

Normal bricks are used for exposed brick walls, they need not be of any special kind. The diff between a normal wall and an exposed brick wall is that a normal wall is completely covered with cement and painted whereas in an exposed brick wall the gaps between the bricks is filled with cement to make it look neat. Using normal bricks i.e bricks used for const of buildings, makes the house look more antique as well as unique.

I actually saw a design show where they installed a brick wall inside. They use a real brick but it is only 1" thick rather then the standard 2 "
The show I watched it on was on BBC called
"How Not to Decorate"
perhaps if you go to the bbc website you might be able to view an archive of the old episodes.
