Scott Park are building a house next to mine and their bobcat driver pushed a bucket full of sand on to our colourbond fence, which bent the fence & our closeline, which is on the other side of the fence. They are saying that due to the fact that our block level had been dropped 400mm they are not responsible for the damage. I dont think that is right, any help would be great.. Joe

Not sure where you live but you could threaten to take them to small claims court and also file lien on the property they are building..they will NOT like that..

Sounds like trespassing to me. Go to small claims court.

Hook up with the county building comision and ask for there rules and regulations, or just get a bigger gun?
